The film tells the story of the resistance to copper mining in Kvalsund municipality in Finnmar - "Repparfjord - No to dumping in the fjord". A story that the media, neither local nor national, has told. The film is intended as a contribution to the debate about the future of Northern Norway in light of the High North Initiative. An initiative that the central authorities and large companies are at the forefront of and that is all too rarely questioned.
